BINGO! Meryl Streep nailed it last night at The Golden Globes, taking Trump to task for his hateful behaviour. Check it out above. What a lady! Of course, any mature President Of The United States would take to his Twitter account to call out his h8rz, — which is exactly what Trump did (after the jump if you care to see).
Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a…..

Hillary flunky who lost big. For the 100th time, I never "mocked" a disabled reporter (would never do that) but simply showed him…….

"groveling" when he totally changed a 16 year old story that he had written in order to make me look bad. Just more very dishonest media!

While I personally do not care for Streep (I too find her overrated and can’t bear to watch her movies), The response from the future president weasel is worse. We have the documentation of his actions mocking a disabled reporter. How can he so blatantly lie like that? I wonder how many more lies he’ll feed us over the next four years.
Middle America won’t give a damn about this. Last night Hollywood (yet again) proved its detachment from the real America.
“Middle America” doesn’t give a damn about facts. They will stick to their racist, misogynistic, homophobic narratives and their Fox News. It doesn’t make them right–it just makes them idiots. I know because I’m from there.
The same “real” america that is keeping gossip rags afloat? LOL
So, if Streep is so “over-rated” why is Trump wasting his time tweeting about her?
Pathetic grandstanding by Streep. Speaking to the choir in that room.
Ridiculous response from Trump, who really should have more important things to worry about.
“Grandstanding?” Please. Meryl Streep easily could’ve made her speech about her historic career but instead she devoted her time to reminding her peers that they’re in a unique space of privilege when it comes to denouncing Trump, and that the arts have a greater social purpose beyond entertainment.
Well said, nbtx.
