The cute hacker boy-man who hacked into Sarah Palin’s email account by resetting her password to “popcorn” (get it – Kernell…popcorn…popcorn Kernell) has been indicted for the crime and faces 5 years in prison and a $250 000 fine.
See the paperwork at THE SMOKING GUN.

He’ll make some lucky brutha a helluva lil’ bitch!

  2. firethorne is this guy is guilty of making viruss’ and stole someones indenties, then throw the book at him by all means, but for hacking into anyone e-mail acct. and changing the password is not a capital offense, i am a McCAIN/PALIN supporter and i do think his ass should be thrown in jail because he hacked a yahoo mail acct. i don’t even think if he hacked a government e-mail to get into her e-mail, that should make him a candidate for jail either. no state secrets were lost, he did not do it with malice in mind either. nothing bad happened except her e-mail was hacked, if this guy was such a threat he would have hacked into something more important then Sarah Palins e-mail acct.

  3. Ugh, Firethorne, shut the fuck up, the boy’s cute.

  4. Don’t be so quick to let this pretty boy off the hook, folks. These smart guys who can hack into email accounts also create viruses and steal identities, AND do the spam thing (the lowest level of hell for that alone, thank you). I’m a Licensed Palin Hater, but I’d agree on significant consequences for anybody – cute or not – who uses their computer skills to invade someone else’s privacy, even someone I loathe.

  5. Oh please, if this kid hacked into Obama’s email account you would be screaming for his head.

  6. He’s adorable!

  7. That’s all fine, but where are his naked camera phone pictures…
    Someone hack him back please.
    🙂

  8. Ok now what I want to know, is if this fine and prison term is the same punishment he’d receive if he hacked into a girlfriend’s account or a buddy’s account? Because if the fact that it’s a governor’s email, I think that’s unjust. It was a fucking Yahoo account and the fact that it happened to belong to Palin who used it for government use should have no impact on his sentence.

  9. How ridiculous. $250 grand?

  10. probation please, not like he is a threat to society or anything. he is also a frikkin doll. i don’t know if i want to fuck him or send him home to his mother.

  11. does he have to show up for court? Sarah Palin doesn’t have too show up for trooper gate court!
