This is a promo photo from the upcoming film My Boy Jack starring Kim Cattrall and Daniel Radcliffe. The plot goes something like this:

Author Rudyard Kipling and his wife search for their 17-year-old son after he goes missing during WWI.

Good for Kim, going outside the “Samantha” box and not only playing someone’s mom, but dressing up like that!

  1. So Danny’s supposed to be Kipling? not the son? Seriously?
    O…kay.
My first thought “was Harry truman? what?” (then again, i am from MO). Guess I was half-right.
    Then I thought, “Hey, isn’t that…?”
I had to close the laptop, and leave the room, and come back to it.
Looking at him makes me feel so pervy. This guy is going to be hot in his 60’s, mark my words. Any other cute kid would be ugly by now. Radcliffe’s still heart-stopping. Go figure.
But yeah, that mustache is weird. Let’s can the hitler comments, though. Weird, precise, Victorian moustaches were prevalent in, well, Victorian times. It’s not always about Hitler.

  2. And we all know Samantha’s box needs a rest….

  3. LOL, Daniel doesn’t look like an old man even with a mustache, but i am sure he’s gonna do an excellent role. so goodluck to him.

  4. FYI, it premieres in the U.S., Sunday, Apr 20th, on PBS’s “Masterpiece Theater”

  5. They should call this “My Boy Adolf.”

  6. C’MON NOW !!!! Where is our wonderful gay sense of humor???
You should post with this the photo from Equus of the naked, dick-out Daniel with the white stallion.
THE POSE IS ALMOST THE SAME, LOL.

Daniel is a little to young…
    He could be the son.

  8. Frank, sweetie,
Is it just me or does that photo make Danny-boy look so very young Adolf Hitler?
    Ozma
