Wendy Williams was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital from her New York assisted-living facility on Monday after she dropped a note begging for help.
It read “Help! Wendy!” and this all occurred around 11:15 a.m. on Monday (3/10)…
Police responded to the assisted living facility in Hudson Yards after the fire department was called for a wellness check, sources said. Two NYPD officers and a sergeant responded. She was not restrained and was able to get into the ambulance on her own.
At the hospital, sources told TMZ that “Wendy scored 10 out of 10 on a psych exam, also known as a “capacity test.”
Not our QUEEN! Well, if anything is amiss and Wendy is being mistreated, the NYPD and Adult Protective Services have launched investigations into Wendy Williams’ guardianship. More to come!
