That one with the illiterate dude tho. So conflicted. On the one hand, my fellow customer service reps, don’t be a jerk and humiliate anyone in public.
Yet on the other, dude, unless you’ve got any legit reasons why becoming literate is impossible since you’re an adult now (hence why you don’t assume and humiliate someone)…it’s the 21st century. Learn to read.
