Imagine writing a speech and just saying “I hate this thing. I hate that thing. I hate this other thing. So should you. Be hateful with me.”

Who cares what Mr. Overbite says anyway? He kicks plastic balls for a living.
It also looks like his lower lip is trying to run away from his face.
When these people use a platform to condemn groups or nationalities it usually comes back to bite them in the ass as it should. The Christian Nationality movement is obsessed about forcing their beliefs into everyone’s way of life. It should have become apparent to educated people by now that with freedom of speech comes responsibility and consequences. This behavior is causing masses of us to turn our back on organized religion and Christianity as portrayed in the manner of Mr Butker who chose to use a platform to project his beliefs and ideas on a society that consists of many different people. As inappropriate as belching very loud at the table of a formal dinner party.
That is only half the story.
Even though the NFL distanced themselves from his very conservative commencement speech at a Benedictine College, a Catholic school, apparently there is no room for conservative views in the national dialog.
There are those who have or want two parent families with a parent at home to raise the kids.
Harrison, a practicing catholic, has been overwhelmed by requests from other colleges, since the liberal media lost their minds over this.
Harrison Butker’s commencement address was wholly inappropriate. He chose to speak on a subject not appropriate to the graduating students. He made the speech about his personal restrictive views on abortion, on women’s purposes to propagate and to be a stay at home mother and wife, choosing the 1950s and 1960s as a model, leaving men to be left alone to be “Mad Man” clones. His views mirror those of authoritarian regimes, certainly not those of a Democracy.
He should go back to his cave and learn how to start a fire.
