Sydney Sweeney sat down with COSMO, who took her to task about her rumoured political beliefs which are said to sway MAGA. More of what they said after the jump!
COSMO: Why not correct it if it’s not true? Where is the line for you?
“I haven’t figured it out. I’m not a hateful person. If I say, “That’s not true,” they’ll come at me like, “You’re just saying that to look better.” There’s no winning. There’s never any winning. I just have to continue being who I am, because I know who I am. I can’t make everyone love me. I know what I stand for.”
COSMO: Is there anything about your values as a person, not party affiliations but values, that you wish people understood about you more clearly?
“I’ve always led with love. I’ve always believed that love is love in every single form. You should be kind to whoever you meet. I remember on the set of Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood, I watched Brad Pitt sit and hang out with the transpo department. I absolutely loved that, and I was like, “Yeah, you have to respect everybody in your life.”

I think I will continue to avoid consuming any media that she is part of. If she does not drive box office, she will not get work. If she isn’t working she will not have money to support her political party. That is really all I can do.

CryCryBaby, when those folks’ political beliefs lead to the kidnapping & murder of innocent folks, yeah, I got a problem with it.
When those political beliefs lead to children being separated from their parents and being warehoused in subhuman conditions, yeah, I have a problem with it.
When those political beliefs are stripping away at my Constitutional Rights, yeah, I have a problem with it.
Oh, and it was organized religion that burned folks at the stake, you know, the same religion Ms. Sweeney was raised in.
