If Tina Fey‘s Sarah Palin impression was satirically accurate in 2008, then Julianne Moore‘s studied turn as the former Alaska governor four years later is eerily dead-on. Moore stopped by Ellen yesterday to promote the movie, HBO’s Game Change, sharing with the host a little of what went becoming the would-be Vice President — like how she put every example of Sarah Palin’s voice she could find onto her iPod, which Moore listened to almost exclusively for two months. I hate to think what that nasally, insincere voice on repeat would do to one’s psyche…
