Apparently Adele was busy, because the Spice Girls have been booked to perform “Wannabe” and one other girl power song at the closing ceremony of London’s summer Olympics. The August 12 lineup already includes the Who, George Michael and Jessie J. Look for even more Spice Girl goodness when the group’s upcoming East End musical Viva Forever! opens at London’s Piccadilly Theatre on December 11.
