The inclusion of director Israel Luna’s film Ticked-Off Trannies With Knives in the line-up of this year’s Tribeca Film Festival is causing a stir in the trans community and with the folks at GLAAD.
From what we can tell, it’s kind of like Kill Bill with trans women, and some people are worried it is perpetuating stereotypes of trans-violence despite the cartoonish style of the film.
