Robyn, Scissor Sisters, Owen Pallett, Nico Muhly, Hot Chip and Cut Copy are among the acts lined-up for a tribute album to the composer Arthur Russell. Entitled This Is How We Walk On The Moon, the collection is being produced by Red Hot (which previously put out the Dark Was The Night comp) in association with Pitchfork and will cover all areas of Russell’s expansive repertoire, from disco and experimental dance to singer-songwriter pop and classical cello compositions. Proceeds will go toward Red Hot’s fight against HIV/AIDS.
