Directed by Anders Malmberg, and illustrated by Signe Lupnov, this is the first release off Danish band Choir of Young Believers’ second album ‘Rhine Gold’, and is their music video debut.
Shot in a disused slaughterhouse in Copenhagen, and long-as-hell in that sort of Pink Floyd epic musical odyssey kind of way, Malmberg looked to first tame the lengthy track before he could begin to create “the visual storyline, which was very much a search for timeless images, the painterly, the film as a sculptural idea and long, precise and transcendent shots.”
Girl concentrate!
