For years I’ve been saving the messages and voicemails my mom leaves me. They range from prosaic to nagging to medically poignant to hilarious (as in, Jewish). I’ll be adding new messages to this site regularly. If you’re interested in the story of a person’s life as told via their jewish mother on their answering machine, keep coming back. Feel free to share with fellow children of jewish mothers.
