a24 looks to have their next hit on their hands with OPUS starring Ayo Edebiri, John Malkovich, Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett. The film follows a young writer played by “The Bear” Emmy winner Ayo Edebiri who is invited to the remote compound of a reclusive pop star (John Malkovich). Surrounded by his cult of diehard fans, the writer finds her herself increasingly panicked as a twisted plan unfolds around her. Looks delicious.
