Bat For Lashes has released the lead single and music video from her forthcoming third studio album, The Haunted Man, as well as its Ryan McGinley-shot cover sleeve in which, as you can see, singer Natasha Khan appears wearing nothing but a naked man.
The LP is Khan’s first since 2009’s acclaimed Two Suns and our first sampling of it is the single “Laura,” a devastating-yet-somehow-invigorating piano ballad that is going straight to the top of our feel-bad summer playlist. The video co-stars New York-based drag performer Lavinia Co-op and is very gay interest.
