Florence-based brand AVAVAV has gifted our planet with something exciting and FRESH! Get your hooves out, ghouls! Because the four-toed monster shoe or boot is here! Finally, something for the rising sea-levels!
Committed to sustainability, the brand not only produces in small batches but is manufactured with leftover scraps from neighboring fashion houses, transported in electric vehicles, sold online and comes in recycled packaging. AVAVAV’s Sinem Basaran explained, “We all know the fashion industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world. That means we need to change our behavior, and the fashion industry needs to change the business models that they are currently working with if we want to continue to live on this earth.”
