Pretty sure that’s the Stein actor, and at least he’s playing someone who’s either in college or post secondary school, so of age. It’s a perky butt but ‘perfection’ is absurd. It’s just the perky butt of someone between the ages of 17 and 27 and if you can’t manage a perky butt then, you will have no hope of ever managing one ever.
