OMG, is P!nk a Z!on!st? The question started trending this weekend after Pink shared a post calling on Ed Sheeran to apologize and refund fans over his opening act. On September 5 at MetLife Stadium, Macklemore walked out in a keffiyeh and told the crowd, “I want the people from Gaza to the occupied West Bank to know that we have not forgotten them.” He called out “Free Palestine, free Cuba, the Congo, Sudan and Iran,” described ICE as a terror organization, and performed “Hind’s Hall” over footage from Gaza.
The post Pink passed along said Sheeran owes his ticket holders money and an apology, and described Macklemore’s genocide accusation as false. Pink added nothing of her own, which is exactly why people are asking.

She’s not totally wrong though…it’s not a genocide. That word has a meaning and it’s not what is happening here. However Palestine has never been shy about saying they plan an eventual genocide against the Israelis..
People should educate themselves a little more about the conflict rather than just jumping on whatever side they think will be the most popular with their friends or online.
