It looks as if Brit Brit has done gone and sold her song catalog—and an unspecified set of additional rights—to Primary Wave, according to two sources cited by Variety. Representatives for both parties declined to comment. The news was first reported by TMZ.
While deal terms are under nondisclosure, TMZ estimated the price in the low nine figures. Legal documents reviewed by TMZ state she sold “her ownership share of her catalog,” and did not list a price. 
We wonder if this will effect the licensing of her catalogue for the upcoming biopic in the works.
