The usually boisterous TERF JK Rowling has gone silent on X after being named in a cyberbullying lawsuit by Algerian boxer and Olympic champion Imane Khelif:

Now, critics of Rowling, who stirred controversy over the past several years for her views towards transgender people, note that the author is finally quiet.

These lawsuits need to continue to happen, especially toward those who find every excuse to label gay people as “pedophiles” or “groomers.” These are very serious and slanderous accusations.

She is defending women. Those boxers both tested positive for XY chromosomes in the past and chose not to litigate/fight those test results when they were disqualified from the world championships a couple of years ago. Sorry – if they were XX (women), they could have challenged that ruling and been reinstated. Their silence on the issue back then is revealing. They were only allowed to compete in the olympics because their passport says they’re women. It has nothing to do with their genetics (XY chromosomes). That is why people are outraged.
