Julia Fox offered an update on the stalled Madonna biopic on Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: “I don’t know if I’m supposed to talk about this…”
On rumours that she was being considered to play one of Madonna’s best friends Debi Mazar
“I feel like I might have aged out of the part, to be honest, because they met when Debi was like 15 working in an elevator at a the nightclub. So I don’t think I’m the right person,” Fox said, “but I know that Debi has some daughters that would be the right age. Just throwing it out there.”
Regardless, she has no hard feelings if the role has slipped through her fingers. “There are so many people that can play that part,” she added. “It’s ok.”
