Looked at this several times. I’m convinced it’s the effects of a buzzed out nervous system of a person trying to Act Normal. She smiles as she tracks Ivanka and the line of people passing by. Next, it registers another circle of people are in front of her, temporarily overloading her circuits, she has a hard time reframing her focus.
