Well, being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I wholly understand what is being shown. The therapist is working the PSIS, glute and that pesky piriformis.
It is wholly common, too, to be massaged naked. The there is a trust boundary between the therapist and the client to ensure that modesty is maintained. As a therapist, having the client nude removes issues of having garment interfering with the range of motion when providing a deep tissue massage.
As an ethical gay, male massage therapist, a naked man on a massage table is nothing more than a client requiring all the ability my 600+ hours of training and licensing can provide. There is no objectification, no leering or “oopsies!” peeking. A good therapist uses their forearms, not their eyes. Okay… off my soap box.
I am a little dismayed that the client allowed the filming of the session, but that is between the client and the therapist.
