Fadi Fawaz, George Michael‘s partner posted a song from Michael’s unreleased album Trojan Souls, written with Sir Elton John in the 1990s but never officially finished this week after the passing of George. The love song, called This Kind of Love, includes the lyrics:
“This empty house seems to get colder and colder. So won’t you stay here with me?”
Thoughts?
It’s better than most of the music he did release post-“Faith.” Love his courage and voice, but George Michael sure didn’t make it easy to stay a fan the past 20 years. Great singles but lousy overall albums. I own them all nonetheless.
It is so sad! George Michael was, in my opinion, one of the greatest voices, in the world of music, and he will be sadly missed, but his talents will reflect us back to his undying talent, and love of music. God! Please grant him Peace, and Tranquility. G
