I don’t know that anyone gets anything out of seeing the same movie over and over again. Martin was kind when he said it’s not cinema. He didn’t say it’s despicable, which I just say it is.”

  5. I wholly agree with both – they are not cinema, they are entertainment. Period.

    They are the same script. The same plot. The same villains. The same need to find a “bight, shiny object”.

    But it’s entertainment. If you can turn your mind off to looking for deep-seated meaning, then will be just fine.

    And getting to spend two+ hours in a dark movie house gazing at Chris Hemsworth or Chris Evans in all the their muscular glory on the big screen is not that bad of a benefit.
