Love it! Why cast anyone new!? Former Bond girl Shirley Eaton recreated her iconic Bond Girl image for The Daily Mail, and says that in the film, her character is killed by being covered in gold paint, because at the time:
“it was widely believed that people ‘breathed’ through their skin and if if was completely covered they would die, Miss Eaton said they took the threat seriously, as they did not paint a section of her front for the famous scene where Bond finds her body.”
Um, WHUT. — Wow! Dats some real, legendary, urban legend chic-ness!
She went from gold to gold foil. Couldn’t they have increased the light and background color to make her shine brighter? She is still beautiful, reflect that!
