I always assumed he was uncut, due to his being born in Germany, as well. But he is circumcised. He stated it in a conversation on Love Line when asking Dr. Drew what his stance was on circumcision. Daniel said he wasn’t going to circumcise his future son, but that he himself was.
I read he was born in Germany and unless he is Jewish, he would be uncut. The rest of the world is not circumsision crazy like the USA.
