Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer are like the Tia & Tamera of Sweden. This teaser, released yesterday, confirms this as the two sisters go to the park together and play on the swings.
The video teaser was released with the following statement from the brother/sister duo:
Music can be so meaningless. We had to find lust.
We asked our friends and lovers to help us.
The new album, entitled ‘Shaking the Habitual’ is due out in Spring of next year on Mute Records and features Shannon Funchess of Light Asylum. It’s their first album in quite a wee while, and as Tia and Tamera once aptly put it; “never knew how much I missed ya”

re: “Olof has returned to drag, as seen -previously and gracefully- in their 2003 ‘Pass this On’ video.”
Thanks for pointing this out. I always assumed Olof was playing the drag queen and also himself, ie, dancing with himself in the video through the bejazzling of televisual trickery or some such thing like that. I’ll correct this. I can’t wait to see his drag sister look, I think I might want to suckle on it, he’s so cute as a guy, and me love me some man drag. Thanks all for the tip.

oLOF IS A man and is the chav Dancing in the Pass This on video. Not the singer in drag.
Wrong-o, Marylu:
Rickard Engfors is the drag queen in “Pass This On” Olof is the cute boy that comes to dance w/ “her”. He has a t-shirt that says ‘QUEENS’ on. His sister, who is the actual vocalist, is the girl at the table “w/ dyed black hair” watching the bewitching. 1 of the best videos ever…..
Just saw your mention of Olaf in drag in the Pass This On video. That’s not Olaf in drag – it’s the Swedish performer Rickard Engfors. Olaf is the boy dancing with Rickard…
