Last month, Madonna and Stuart Price entered the chat! During April, we’ve had her new single on repeat! And we’re so delighted that the queen is shifting the frequency once again with whispers, and a filthy baseline. We can hardly wait to see what else she’s cooking up in the Confessions follow-up!
April must have been a family affair! Madonna’s indie-darling-daughter also dropped new music! Lola is featured on the Safety Trance album in the track “except in spring”. Although this sound is a little more niche, it isn’t any less sexy. Like mother like daughter!
Not everyone in the playlist is blood-related. But there are equal part legends and up-comers. For example Mr. Fingers, the pioneer of ’80s house music in Chicago, who invented a sound (that gave way to pop stars like Madonna) has released an album! It ranges from Juicy acid to sensual grooves.
