Your comment shows your ignorance. The point isn’t her net worth. The point is that most of the so called “working writers” are working 2 other jobs now because the one job as writer doesn’t pay them enough to buy basic groceries while some studio heads are making tens of millions a year.
She did well no question about that. She’s standing up for talented people who aren’t doing so well financially. That’s admirable. She could just be out shopping and enjoying her money but instead she’s standing up for a cause and somehow because she has money you are invalidating that.
