There has been a lot of evidence since then that the penis was a prosthetic sheath. Not that it’s NECESSARILY impossible that it was real- at least one penis has been verified as 13.5″- but people associated with the films have gone on record stating otherwise.
Apparently it was fake but, maybe someone just started that as a rumor because they were jealous.
