At a recent red carpet appearance, Dannielynn Birkhead paid tribute to her late mom, Anna Nicole Smith, in a powerful and emotional way—by wearing one of her most famous dresses.
“This is the closest to a hug I can get from her,” Dannielynn said, visibly moved as she stepped onto the carpet in the same gown her mother wore 21 years earlier to the very same event.
Her father, Larry Birkhead, shared the sentiment. “Dannielynn is wearing Anna Nicole’s dress that she wore 21 years ago to this same event. Life full circle. She said she chose the dress because it was her Mom’s and super cool.”
He added, “And now that she’s actually old enough to wear it, it just seems surreal that we’re at this moment.”
