Designer Tom Ford was looking for somewhere away from his Mar-a-Lago-adjacent estate and recently purhased a brand new $104 million mansion

Back in 2022, Ford dropped $51 million on a massive, ultramodern Palm Beach mansion situated about a mile from Mar-a-Lago. However, five months later he sold it in a house swap with private-equity specialist Brian Kosoy’s nearby larger landmarked estate called Casa della Porta, for an undisclosed deal said to be worth more than $100 million…
