HBO is about to release a piping hot new Donna doc, and who’s behind the film? Her own daughter, Brooklyn Sudano.

LOVE TO LOVE YOU, DONNA SUMMER is a deeply personal portrait of the Queen of Disco. Directed by Oscar and Emmy-winning filmmaker Roger Ross Williams, and Brooklyn Sudano, daughter of Donna Summer, the documentary explores the highs and lows of fame, offering an intimate glimpse at the artist’s life on and off stage. Love to Love You, Donna Summer premieres May 20th on HBO Max.

    Donna Summer is right up there with the likes of Whitney, Aretha, Mariah, Celine, etcs. In fact, in my music book, she’s at the very top.

    Look forward to seeing this. She was huge when I was a kid in the late 70’s. They played her songs constantly on the radio and you saw her often on television
