I dunno, guys. Cena has been rumored to be packin’ for a long time. James Gunn plays with that notion a lot in THE PEACEMAKER series, too. I’m not saying this bulge is for reals, but there’s a lot of evidence suggesting dude is truly hung.
I hate that I’ve seen him thrusting on top of Amy Schumer.
FAKE, he’s not going to wear tightie-whities and not have anything to show for it. And they do sell those thing with a bulge built in.

It’s fake. Movie studios have molds that actors use for those kinds of “outfits”. It’s common knowledge. The real thing could be bigger or in this case likely smaller.
It’s not even close to that faux bulge. Maybe he’s a grower, but he deffo doesn’t look like that just chilling out.
His pecs are massive, ditto delts and arms and quads. His lump? Not so much.
Meh. Just looks like he uses too much steroids. He’s an ok actor.
