Actor and model David Ortega has appeared in a number of popular Mexican soap operas, and in 2017 won the Mr. Mesoamerica Universe pageant… do they call them pageants for men?

He also frequently poses in—and out—of bathing suits, which he apparently designs for his label Persuid, and can be recognized by his telltale beauty mark… on his butt. A booty mark?
