First, I doubt you participate in the world outside of your mommy’s basement rec room so your proclamations about what people do and don’t do based on penis size is absurd. Second, the way people do blocking (movement on stage or for a movie) is mostly determined by directors who may not have been looking for an R rating, or for making headlines about showing someone’s penis in a movie.
