This adorable little Nintendog is rendered on the upcoming Nintendo Wii system, which will be competing with the Playstation III and XBox 360. I suspect that neither PSIII or Xbox will have such cute animals on their systems that look so real and cute, so Nintendo should have a distinct advantage just in time for Christmas.
Also coming soon from Nintendo is an updated version of the original Super Mario Brothers game that first came out in 1986 for the original Nintendo Entertainment System. This new version, called New Super Mario Brothers and being released for the Nintendo DS has the same side-scrolling action as the original, but with updated graphics. I may have to borrow my friend’s DS once in a while now.
