These are fun, but most of the “after” pics are extremely optimistic and tied to how a celeb happened to look in one, sometimes nonrepresentative, “before” pic. Still … fun.
So, long story short, don’t get plastic surgery. EVER.

Demi Moore looks good in all three versions. Great genes!
I’m fascinated to learn these people are “gay icons”, since about 1/2 of them I don’t even recognize, at any age!

I don’t think an untouched Cher would look like the picture on the right at 75. Maybe 45-55 if she aged well.
The same can be said for Madonna at 65 and Demi Moore at 58.
