We’ve been hyping house act Azari & III for more than a year now and are happy to report that their profile among taste-making DJs, remixers, gay bloggers and not-so-gay bloggers is continuing to rise steadily.
Earlier this year they scored an underground hit with the infectious ’90s-style dance-pop throwback “Reckless (For Your Love)”, and for the follow-up single “Indigo” they get even deeper with silky-smooth dissonant wailing that borderlines total vocal meltdown. The track is Azari & III’s first release on their new label Turbo Recordings and offers a taste of what we can expect on their self-titled debut LP, due early next year.
