I finally finished watching all of The Wire, and while I wish I had full-frontal pics of Wood Harris (who plays Avon Barksdale) I’m presenting you with Tommy Carcetti’s wiener. Carcetti is played by Aidan Gillen who also played Stuart on the UK version of Queer as Folk.
