Kitty Hiccups — otherwise known as 32-year-old David Hyland — clawed her way to the top last night at the Miss’d America Pageant. The drag-queen competition began in 1993 and takes place in Atlantic City the day after the Miss America Pageant. More leopard-clad photos from the competition after the jump.
