Tokyo Fashion Week gave us pattern-patch pastel mannequins, felty front-zippers and rainbow pixie parades, whilst outside the shows we saw a PEE-WEE HERMAN SACK-DRESS, a bowl-cut school girl-left-her-pantaloons-in-gym-class and both goat-hair and cat-eye NIPPLE-RASHES.
