As you might have heard, New York City’s annual Halloween parade through the West Village — a journey of pilgrimage for many of the city’s costumed gays — was canceled this year due to Sandy. But a little wind and rain was no match for the organizers of Washington D.C.’s epic High Heels Drag Race, which, though delayed by a few days, finally stomped its way down the street last night.
