Former WWE wrestler, Gabbi Tuft (previously known for performing as wrestler Tyler Reks), who transitioned in her mid 30s chats with Spotsnet’s Donnovan Bennett.

Gabbi hopes to show others that no matter your surroundings, how people think they know you, your story before — that it’s never to late to be your true self — and make history. She hopes to help educate people along the way. HAPPY PRIDE!

  3. “True Self”, just like “Authentic self”, are such incredibly tired tropes! Please stop.
    All humans evolve, change, transition… who I was when I was 4 yrs old was my true self at that time. Who I was at 14 and 24 were quite different, yet also true. So what? Maybe it’s just that I don’t base my entire personality and worth on what I look like outwardly?? Can we stop acting like coming out or transitioning is a complete, total, and final nirvana??
