ROCKETMAN star Taron Egerton took to Instagram to wish the singer a joyous birthday this week.

‘Happy Birthday, @eltonjohn. You are just about the most extraordinary person I’ve ever met. In honour of your birthday, here’s a photo of me (as you) in some hot pants.

Taron is pictured in full-Elton costume with his pants missing which prompted Elton’s husband David to comment on the racy pic by saying:
