TMZ reports that Dina Lohan was arrested for a DUI on Saturday. The police report that Dina was at an Outback Steakhouse on Saturday night and she hit a car as she was leaving, then fled the scene and the woman in the other car called the police and followed Dina to her Long Island home.
The police arrived at Dina’s home and she refused to take a drug/alcohol test. They say they observed clear signs of drunkness, so they arrested her for DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Dina now faces felony charges for this DUI, due to having a prior DUI. Like mama, like daughter!
