Is this a full-length film? he he… I can’t imagine having to stay erect while shooting a film. Let alone 30 minutes of a film, which translates into many, many takes of each scene shot… multiple hours of shooting scenes, which means the actor must have to keep “fluffing” himself to stay at attention through the day, while nothing especially arousing is going on, and doing that in front of cast and crew. Crazy.
This is not a foreign language film, though you are right, it isn’t American. I think it was filmed and produced in Canada. For those of you that are going to watch it for this scene, just be prepared. What happens to him soon after is pretty disturbing.

it is EXTREMELY rare to see an actor being other than flaccid in an American film studio or low budget. so this is obviously a foreign language film.
The film is Canadian, filmed in Quebec and is all in English.
