It is partly the tinsel. My Mom would not let me throw it on, and insisted it had to be draped, strand by strand. But we stopped because of the cats. Speaking of cats, I love all the cats posing by the trees. This whole collection brings back such lovely memories when there wasn’t such pressure for everything to be cookie cutter, social media perfect.
Seems like a more peaceful and genuine time to be alive. Love seeing these and while I definitely long for simpler times I always have to remember how hard it would be to be gay back then. It’s hard enough now being thats its such a hot topic right now and we have a bigot in office.
