This is the harsh reality of making queer Arab work. The Trump travel ban meant we had to move this shoot out of America. And now our #LittleAmerica episode has been banned in 11 countries. We’re so sorry about this – please know we’re working hard to find a way to get it to you. pic.twitter.com/X3gIBHNsON

Co-writers Amrou Al-Kadhi and Stephen Dunn‘s episode of Apple’s Little America has been banned in eleven countries; ten Arabian countries and Russia. The episode titled “The Son” was based on the true story of a gay Syrian refugee seeking asylum in the United States to escape prosecution.
This is terribly sad and we hope that Apple finds a way to get it out to the masses online somehow!
Sigh. That’s a shame because they’re so loveable. :\
Advocate website published this news and deleted it within minutes. This is LGBT magazine that supports Apple in this anti-LGBT crap. LOL American freedom as is.
Would love to see this!
No protests from one million (actually 40 thousand) moms protesting this?
